WORLD FOR TALENTS

GLOBAL USER AGREEMENT

Effective: September 2026

Welcome to World for Talents, an international professional networking platform for the entertainment, talent, performance, and show-business industries.

World for Talents enables performers, singers, dancers, musicians, bands, show groups, models, actors, specialty performers, agencies, producers, recruiters, entertainment companies, venues, clients, and other industry professionals to create profiles, publish professional content, discover opportunities, communicate, and connect worldwide.

1. Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create or use a World for Talents account.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account & Profile

You may create a professional profile and provide information including your name, stage name, email address, telephone number, location, profession, experience, skills, photographs, videos, portfolio materials, agency/company information, and other professional information.

You are responsible for your account, password, profile information, and content you publish.

You may not impersonate another person or organization or knowingly provide materially false information.

3. Personal Information & Privacy

By using World for Talents, you acknowledge that World for Talents may collect, store, process, and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy for purposes including:

* Creating and operating your account;
* Providing and displaying your professional profile;
* Connecting users;
* Enabling communications and applications;
* Account verification and security;
* Customer support;
* Fraud and abuse prevention;
* Improving and operating the Platform;
* Complying with applicable laws.

Because World for Talents operates internationally, information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

Where applicable law provides privacy rights, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other applicable rights concerning their personal information.

4. Public Professional Profiles

World for Talents is designed for professional networking.

Information, photographs, videos, portfolios, professional details, and other information you choose to make public may be viewed by other users or visitors according to Platform functionality and your available privacy settings.

Do not publish information that you do not want others to see.

5. Your Photos, Videos & Content

You retain ownership of content you own.

By uploading content, you give World for Talents a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Platform.

You confirm that you have the legal right to upload the content you submit.

6. Agencies, Employers & Performers

World for Talents provides a professional networking platform.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, World for Talents is not the employer, agent, manager, representative, guarantor, or contracting party of users who meet through the Platform.

Users are responsible for independently verifying performers, agencies, companies, employers, contracts, payments, salaries, commissions, travel arrangements, accommodation, insurance, visas, work permits, and other professional arrangements before entering into an agreement.

7. Jobs, Contracts & Payments

World for Talents does not guarantee employment, bookings, representation, auditions, contracts, income, visa approval, or professional success.

Unless World for Talents expressly participates in a transaction under separate terms, agreements and financial transactions made directly between users remain the responsibility of those users.

8. Safety & Prohibited Activity

You may not use World for Talents for:

* Fake profiles or fake agencies;
* Fraud or scams;
* Fake casting or employment offers;
* Identity theft or impersonation;
* Harassment, threats, or blackmail;
* Human trafficking or exploitation;
* Unlawful sexual services;
* Spam or phishing;
* Unauthorized collection or sale of user information;
* Copyright or privacy violations;
* Malware or unauthorized system access;
* Any unlawful activity.

World for Talents may remove content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts reasonably believed to violate these rules or applicable law.

9. Communications

World for Talents may send essential communications relating to your account, including verification messages, security alerts, password recovery, service notices, and important legal or Platform updates.

Optional marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available opt-out or consent requirements.

10. Cookies & Technology

World for Talents may use essential cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and Platform operation.

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential analytics, advertising, or marketing technologies, appropriate choices will be provided separately.

11. Security

World for Talents uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

12. Account Suspension & Deletion

World for Talents may restrict or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations of this Agreement, fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or where required by law.

Users may request account deletion. Information will be deleted, anonymized, or retained as appropriate under applicable law and legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal requirements.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World for Talents is not responsible for independent conduct, representations, promises, agreements, transactions, or disputes between users outside World for Talents’ direct control.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Applicable Laws

Users must comply with the laws applicable to them and their activities.

Mandatory rights provided under applicable privacy, consumer, employment, or other laws remain unaffected by this Agreement.

World for Talents may update these terms when reasonably necessary because of legal, security, operational, or Platform changes.

REGISTRATION

On the account-creation page, display ONE required square checkbox:

The words “User Agreement” and “Privacy Policy” should open the applicable documents before registration.

World for Talents should maintain an electronic record of acceptance, including the agreement version and date/time of acceptance.
